  • When you sign up via our email newsletter which sends you information about Acrylic Fluid Creations, our related events and activities. This is processed via Sendinblue and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our newsletters.
  • When you sign up at an event to join our mailing list.  Your name and email address are inputted manually to Sendinblue, you can read their privacy policy here.
  • Processing a payment that you have made
  • Managing and using any marketing materials you provide to us, whether via the site or otherwise for our activities
  • Booking tickets for events
  • We currently use Eventbrite for paid for tickets and you can read their privacy policy here.
  • Dealing with entries into competitions
  • Processing brand ambassador registrations
  • Conducting audience research for funders
  • Processing a job application
  • Responding to correspondence you have sent to us.

We’ll only use your personal data on relevant lawful grounds as permitted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (from 25 May 2018)/UK Data Protection Act and Privacy of Electronic Communication Regulation.
