Epoxy resin is a two-part compound that is mixed to create a medium that you can add pigments to. It starts as a liquid, which after adding colour hardens over a period of usually 24 hours. It can be used in a variety of ways, but when used to create paintings it produces amazing results, though layering and manipulating the medium. Semi-precious stones and crystals are also used to enhance some of the creations.  The result upon completion is a beautiful piece of art with a high gloss finish. All my resin art is made on MDF or cradled wooden boards.
